It is never too late to be what you might have been

Most of us know what it’s like to feel stuck. At one point or another, we all go through periods of feeling like children lost in a deep forest, where thorns, bogs, and wild animals seem to confront us at every turn.s that you, right now? Are you lost in the woods? Are you stuck in a thicket of pain, struggling with addiction or anxiety? Are you having trouble completing ordinary tasks, and losing interest in your normal activities? Is all of this taking a toll on your family life? If that describes you, then I’d like to help you find a way out. I’d like to help you rediscover the sunlight that shines through the branches in even the deepest forest. I’d like to guide you on a safe path, past the dangers facing you, and into a wonderful clearing where you can stand bravely in the sunshine and contemplate the life ahead of you. I’ve used therapy to guide many people on their journeys of self-discovery; I’d like to do the same for you.  I’ve done a lot of work helping people who are stuck in bad relationships, or who are struggling with loneliness and can’t find the right life partner. I’ve had wonderful success helping people get out of toxic relationships and find true love. In the same vein, I’ve had great experiences helping people to break out of bad patterns in their work life and in their social relationships. I love helping people achieve their true potential; I love guiding people to make the change after which their lives will never be the same again. But this is a serious endeavor. Overcoming years of ingrained self-hatred, fear, and anxiety is not easy. It’s a process of transformation, a massive undertaking that should not be entered in on carelessly. I’d like to be your guide on that journey.  Are you ready to embark on the greatest adventure of your life? Are you ready to travel to a place where you can confidently look back on all of your achievements and forward to those that are yet to come? If the answer is yes, then allow me to help you take the first steps. You will be accompanied every step of the way. I have exceptional resources to help you change your life for the better.  I offer my clients a range of options, including a TeleMentalHealth Service, phone coaching, and group therapy; I also have a YouTube channel. I am one phone call, one email, or one letter away from assisting you.

Qualifications

I am well trained in the area of addiction, anxiety, and depression. I grew up in Poland, where I spent many years studying addiction in the Neurosis Clinic of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, Warsaw. I then moved to New York, where I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) at York College and my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at Lehman College. I completed my three-year clinical training at the St. Mark’s Place Institute for Mental Health. During my post-graduate studies, I learned techniques around mindfulness, gratitude, compassion, and acceptance. I have degrees from both Poland and the US, and I am familiar with the struggles that surround acculturation. But beyond my degrees, my ‘toolbox’ is filled with ideas from arts and sports, to education, spiritual and motivational development. I use TeleMentalHelth Services and I am a certified provider of that service.
